President & CEO

Jack is a dedicated researcher of auto immune diseases and disorders, with an intense focus on neuroimmunology.   Jack has spent the past 16 years committed to the eradication of suffering from neurodegeneration.   His absence of formal medical training has allowed him to explore, and discover, methods, and opportunities,  as well as creation and maturation of new molecular entities to arrest disease progression.  Jack's motivation stems from familial relationships with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease, pulmonary fibrosis, colon cancer, Parkinson's Disease, and mast cell activation syndrome.

Teddy, originally from Rhode Island, attended Goucher College.  He then earned his M.S and Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.  He has almost 25 years of experience in the discovery and development of drugs at a variety of large pharmaceutical and biotech companies.  His experience encompasses all aspects of CMC with a focus on analytics and formulation.  He has led multiple biologic programs at all stages of development.  He is married and has two children, three dogs, and two cats.

  Jonathan started his career at The Upjohn Company in the CNS Diseases Research Unit.  During this time, he worked on the preclinical development of small molecule drugs for treating Alzheimer's Disease. He began his work on  tetanus toxin fragment C (TTFC) fusion proteins in Dr. Paul Fishman's lab at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, collaborating with Dr. Robert Brown at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) to produce the first recombinant TTFC fusion protein. He went on to join Dr. Brown's lab and produce several other recombinant TTC fusion proteins for the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). He currently works as an adjunct instructor in biology and chemistry at Bristol Community College in Massachusetts. He lives with his wife and son in Walpole, MA and enjoys gardening, biking, and spending time with his family.
